Return Policy

This return policy applies to physical products (e.g., tyres, accessories) purchased through our store, and does not apply to completed service bookings.

Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

Refund Process

Once an approved return is received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Service Bookings

Paid service bookings can be cancelled before the scheduled time according to the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.
