Log in to your account, go to your Dashboard, and click "Book a Service". Select your vehicle, preferred service, date and time slot, then confirm your booking.

You can cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time directly from the Booking Detail page. For rescheduling, please contact the branch directly using the phone number provided in your booking details.

Certain services (Repair, Diagnostic, Inspection) require manual approval from our team before confirmation. You will receive a notification once your booking is confirmed or if further information is needed.

We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. Please present the QR code on your Booking Detail page to the mechanic for check-in.

We accept cash and major e-wallets at all our branches. Card payment is available at selected locations.

The price displayed during booking is an estimate. For standard services (e.g., tyre replacement, wiper change, oil change), the price is fixed. For repair or diagnostic services, the final cost may vary based on the actual work required.

If you believe you were overcharged, please raise a support ticket through your completed booking page by clicking "Report an Issue". Our team will investigate and respond within 2 business days.

We offer a wide range of automotive services including routine maintenance (oil change, tyre replacement, wiper change), repairs, diagnostics, car tinting, and more. Browse all services on our homepage.

Estimated service duration is shown on each service listing and in your booking confirmation. Actual time may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle.

Yes, most of our services come with a service warranty. Please ask our staff for the specific warranty terms applicable to your service at the time of visit.

Go to your Dashboard and click on "Profile" or the profile edit section. You can update your name, phone number, and add or remove vehicles from there.

You can submit a Delete Account Request from your Dashboard. Our admin team will review and process it. Please note that once deleted, all associated data may be permanently removed.

Click "Forgot Password" on the Login page. Enter your registered email and we will send you a password reset link.
